• Who we are

  We represent a partnership of organisations. The store is managed by Pamir Ministries, a division of the charity Operation Mobilisation. Some of the materials on the store are produced by ourselves, and some by our partners. Whilst Operation Mobilisation is present in a number of countries and we may ship goods from these locations, for legal and administrative purposes this store is run from Canada where our charity "Operation Mobilization Canada" is a registered not-for-profit business.

• Where we are

  We administer the store from Canada, and ship Worldwide. We mostly send goods from Canada or the Netherlands. Our international correspendence address is "PO Box 322, Port Colborne, ON, L3K 5W1", to which any goods or monies should be sent.

• Street address for legal/compliance reasons

  For those purposes only, you may use "84 West Street, Port Colborne ON L3K 4C8, Canada" which is the registered address of our registered charity "Operation Mobilization Canada". Our staff are not located there, we do not keep stock there, and it is not our correspondence address, so please do not remit monies or goods to this address.

• Refund policy

  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 months of purchase date. We will ask you to return the products in the condition that you received them using the original packaging or an acceptable equivalent. We will provide you with a full refund, or exchange for an alternative product of equal value if you prefer.

• Privacy policy

  We value the privacy and security of the information that you share with us. Information that you share with us is used to fulfil your order. If you choose an option to receive our news then we may also use the information to correspond with you. We may process your data for analytical purposes that are internal to our organisation. We do not store your information for other purposes, and we will not sell or pass any of your information to any third party, with the exception of means necessary to permit the payment or postage of your order (e.g provide your address to a postal service, or a payment gateway). We endeavour to protect your information from accidental or unauthorised release. In relation to processing your order, we may use your information in order to provide customer service that could include subsequent followup to check our standards and make or receive suggestions and feedback. We reserve the right to use your information where required for appropriate legal, financial or compliance requirements.

• Copyright policy

  All sold materials are copyright. This protects from changes and inappropriate usage. Usually copyright rests with us or with one of our partners. We do understand the desire to disburse materials easily, and you may contact us for further information or in respect of any particular request that you may have.

• Re-sale policy

  Although we offer discounts for larger shipments, this is done on the understanding that it is not used to sell materials at prices lower than we sell here on the store.
